White & Blue Unlimited Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to pooling financial resources to provide and facilitate income-earning opportunities for student-athletes.
I started this outreach to address the growing challenge of Fayetteville State University losing student-athletes to other institutions offering superior financial support, enhanced meal plans, and upgraded housing.

About Me
My name is Michael D. Randall, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) and member of the Fayetteville State University Class of 1986. Having been born and raised in Fayetteville, I am deeply committed to our university, where I played football and remain active as a Life Member of the National Alumni Association and a member of the FSU Athletic Club.
I currently serve as the First Vice President of the FSU National Alumni Association and as the President of the Military Alumni Chapter.
Mission
To provide recurring philanthropic support for all 10 Fayetteville State University sports programs and more than 200 athletes through the NIL Collective, in pursuit of excellence on and off the field of competition. This helps support the pride and legacy of HBCU athletics.
Vision
To be the benchmark premier athletic support program, creating a thriving community where university supporters, corporate partners, and alumni of Fayetteville State University can connect, collaborate, and contribute to the success of FSU Athletics.
